MUNICIPAL PLAN & DEVELOPMENT REGULATION

The Clarenville Town Council has adopted a proposed Municipal Plan and Development Regulations. A Public Hearing to consider comments on the proposed Municipal Plan and Development Regulations will be held at the Clarenville Town Hall on April 26th, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. Any person who wishes to make an objection or representation at the Public Hearing shall, no fewer than two days before the date set for the Public Hearing, deposit with the Chief Administrative Officer of Clarenville two copies of a signed statement outlining the objection or representation. If no written objection or representation is received the Public Hearing may be cancelled.

Residents can inspect the proposed Plan and Development Regulations at the Town Hall during normal office hours. In addition, the Town will host an open house at the Town Office on April 15th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
