Clarenville Caribous vs Grand Falls-Windsor Cataracts - Game 5 & 7 Ticket Info
Tickets for games 5 & 7 of the WSCHL will go on sale for Caribous Season Pass holders on Wednesday, March 10th from 6pm - 9:30pm and on Thursday, March 11th from 12noon - 9pm. Tickets for the general public will go on sale on Tuesday, March 16th @ 12noon. In the event there is no game 7, refunds will be issued with the return of the game 7 ticket.

GENERAL SKATING: Friday at 8:40pm and Sunday at 4pm or immediately after the Caribous hockey game. $3 per person or $7 per family. Contact Clarenville Events Centre 466-4104

FAMILY SKATING: Friday evenings at 7:30pm. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. $3 per person or $7 per family. Contact Clarenville Events Centre 466-4104

OPEN SKATING: Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9 to 10am at the Clarenville Events Centre.


INDOOR WALKING-JOGGING PROGRAM: Middle School Gym. Thursdays and Sundays at 8:00pm. ALL WELCOME!
 
DOG PARK NOW OPEN: Next to the TCH at the Lower Shoal Harbour River (former TCH Pitch) off Tilley's Road. Accessible from Trans Canada highway or the Rotary Trail.

PARKS AND PETS: We are glad to see more people using the town's trail system and parks. PLEASE respect fellow walkers and park users - keep you dog on a leash, pick up after your pet and refrain from smoking.

HERITAGE TREES - you can own a piece of Clarenville heritage! A couple of years ago one of the oldest identified white pine trees in Clarenville was cut down due to age and decay. This tree was over 120 years old. The cones from the tree were harvested and the seeds germinated. The resulting white pine seedlings are $3. Contact Inga at newfie_inga@hotmail.com  to buy yours. Proceeds go to the Clarenville Heritage Society
