Caribous Season Pass Renewals
Sept 13th, 14th & 16th - 6pm to 9pm
The Clarenville Caribous Season Pass Renewals will
occur Monday September 13th, Tuesday, September
14th and Thursday September 16th from 6pm to 9pm.
This is for fans who held season passes from the
2009-10 season and wish to renew their seat. The
cost of the seated season pass this year is $168 (HST
and ticket surcharge included)
PLEASE NOTE: These are the ONLY dates seat
renewals will take place. ANY and ALL seats NOT
renewed will be entered into the season pas lotto
draw. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Wednesday, September 15th
Come out after the TARGA rally and view the
participating cars up close. Take photographs and
chat with the drivers.

Legend City Wrestling
Friday, September 17th @ 7:30pm
Get out and enjoy an evening of wresting! Legend
City Wrestling will be at the Clarenville Events
Centre on September 17th. Doors open at 7pm, bell
time @ 7:30pm. Featuring WWE Former Superstar
Highlander Robbie & Kowboy Mike Hudges. Also
featuring 2 Dam Hype & Mr. Fantastic. Tickets
are $13 in advance and $16 at the door (plus $1
surcharge). Presented by Budweiser, Rockstar
Energy Drink and Hotel Mount Pearl.

Clarenville Caribous - Season Pass Lotto
Draw
Tuesday, September 21st @ 7:30pm
The Clarenville Caribous will hold the Season Pass
Lotto Draw on Tuesday, September 21st & 7:30pm
in the Multi-purpose room. This is a public draw
if any members of the public wish to attend to
witness the draw. Anyone who entered the lotto and
their name is not drawn is entitled to a refund.
Refunds will begin after the draw occurs for
anyone in attendance, and will continue at a date
decided upon later.

The Clarenville Caribous will be selling General
Admission Season Passes for ONE NIGHT ONLY on
Tuesday, September 28th @ 7:30pm. There is a
limited number available, and are available on a
first come - first serve basis. The cost is $144 (HST
and ticket surcharge included).

Events Centre Theatre - September 29th @ 8pm
Sultans of String take audiences on a riveting
musical adventure, serving up a spicy stew of
Middle Eastern folk, Spanish Flamenco, French
Manouche gypsy jazz, and Cuban rhythms. Seamlessly
traversing diverse themes of heart, place and
tradition, fiery violin dances with kinetic guitar
while a funk bass lays down unstoppable grooves.
Throughout, acoustic strings
meet electronic wizardry to create layers and
depth of sound.

INDOOR WALKING-JOGGING: The Clarenville
Events Centre is open daily for walkers to
enjoy. Summer hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30am
- 9pm and Saturday/Sunday from 1pm - 9pm.
DOG PARK NOW OPEN: Next to the TCH at the Lower Shoal Harbour River (former TCH Pitch) off Tilley's Road. Accessible from Trans Canada highway or the Rotary Trail.
PARKS AND PETS: We are glad to see more people using the town's trail system and parks. PLEASE respect fellow walkers and park users - keep you dog on a leash, pick up after your pet and refrain from smoking.

HERITAGE TREES - you can own a piece of Clarenville heritage! A couple of years ago one of the oldest identified white pine trees in Clarenville was cut down due to age and decay. This tree was over 120 years old. The cones from the tree were harvested and the seeds germinated. The resulting white pine seedlings are $3. Contact Inga at newfie_inga@hotmail.com to buy yours. Proceeds go to the Clarenville Heritage Society
