Spring is upon us and as summer approaches people are headed into their gardens.   Whether you have a sprawling landscaped garden to rival that of royalty, or a quaint balcony with a few flowerpots, this year's competition is searching for gardens that seem to shout to the world, 'It's summer!'

Again this year in July, August and September, the Town of Clarenville will be seeking nominations from residents and businesses who want to acknowledge beautiful spaces in our community. 

All gardens must be located within the Town of Clarenville. Each entrant goes in the running to win a prize for "Garden of the Year".  To nominate, simply call (466.7937) or email (info@clarenville.net) the Town at.  We’ll then take photos of your garden and consider it for judging.  The judging criteria will focus on: layout, plant selection, landscaping, maintenance and sustainable gardening practices.   Look for nominated gardens showcased on www.clarenville.net !
