On behalf of the Members of the Clarenville Volunteer Fire Department I would like to welcome you to our web site. Please browse around and be sure to sign our guest book. The Clarenville Volunteer Fire Department consists of 29 dedicated Volunteer’s and myself as a Paid Chief / inspector. We operate out of one centrally located hall and respond to an average of 50 emergency calls per year. In our fleet we have 2 Pumpers, 1 Tanker, 1 Equipment Van, 1 pickup and our Parade Truck which is a 1961 American LaFrance Pumper. We also have training grounds where we train regularly which consist of a 3 story smoke house,
laddertower and drafting pit.
Our most important work is Fire Prevention and safety. By working togeather we can all reduce the number and severity of fire incidents. We ask you to take time to review this very important topic at home and at work. Some of the links on this site have good information you can use.
